NYCM Training: 7 weeks to go!

Monday: Rest

Tuesday: Chick Boxing and 2.5M

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: 2.5M

Friday: Rest

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: 13.1 Rock-n-Roll Philly +2 

Can you believe it's already been 2 weeks since Dumbo? 
I'm still tired from the Anaheim trip. 

Work was pretty crazy again this week, so it's pretty miraculous I still got to the gym. I remember, a couple of years ago when I was on my mission for Heavy Medal status with Rock-n-Roll races, I didn't run at all the week before a race. I figured, it was good "taper", I'm pretty sure I had run a half the week or 2 before. That, my friends, was a terrible mistake. It was a hot miserable and hard 13.1 miles. Since then, no matter what, I like to squeeze in at least one run, preferably at the end of the week. Hence, why there is no Zumba- I only had time for one. 

I'm mustering up strength for the Philly race. I noticed our hotel is about 1.5M away from the start line, so that will add miles for my 15 miles total needed for this week's long run. 

Other than that, not much to report on. I'm sure I'll have more fun stuff to talk about in the race recap :)
