Even with 4 big races and countless others to look forward to, I think I'm experiencing the depression everyone keeps talking about that happens after a race. That and I'm positive I haven't caught up on my sleep, which I'm sure doesn't help my crankiness.
Speaking of sleep, I think I'm going to have to take this patch off before I go to bed. The dreams weren't bothersome in the beginning but now they're getting really vivid and annoying.
I also realized I have a race this weekend, which kind of picked up my spirits. It's a perfect distance (4 miles) not to hurt myself.
Anyone else get sad after a big race?
