Awesome trick, although, sometimes just putting on my running clothes is too much of an effort. And yes, it's a good day. :)

Yup! If I have to run 5km and I don't feel like it, I promise myself I'll at least run 3km and then guaranteed I end up adding in those last two and usually a couple more. I don't struggle as much on the long runs but shorts ones sometimes just seem like too much. Backwards, right?
No way! I think that bc it's a short run, it takes you the whole time to get used to it, then it's time to stop. You don't notice as much on the longer ones, bc by then you're in your groove.
